"Long Live", de Taylor Swift

   A música de hoje (a primeira de todas) é a "oficial" do blogue: "Long Live", da minha artista preferida, Taylor Swift.

   Esta música parece-me uma relação amorosa, em que ambos os lados se empenham em manter viva a paixão, o amor, o respeito, a confiança e a sinceridade. É também uma metáfora, porque associa a realeza à relação que parece ser indestrutível.

   Para mim, representa as promessas feitas, os obstáculos ultrapassados e os desejos concretizados. É como um momento em que paramos para pensar e reflectir. Faz-me sentir apaixonada e desejada. Esta música provoca-me e quase me obriga a tirar a máscara de "menina quietinha e caladinha" tornando-me numa apaixonada e empenhada rapariga com uma vontade imensa de viver. Obriga-me a ser quem eu sou na realidade. Faz-me querer realizar os meus maiores sonhos. Faz-me querer libertar as minhas mais belas emoções num refrão emocionado e sentido. Faz-me sentir como se fosse única e insubstituível e faz-me querer procurar a felicidade e o amor. Pareço ter um flash de todas cenas românticas de filmes muito especiais.

   No fim de contas, todas as memórias, pensamentos e emoções pertencem a cada um de nós. Somos nós que decidimos se somos reis e rainhas ou apenas um casal que governa o seu próprio mundo. Porque todos criamos magia e medo, paixão e desilusão, heroísmo e covardia... Somos donos de nós próprios e nada mais.
